Cash on delivery
Pay the courier when the parcel arrives. If you need to confirm an address or a city before checkout, message the shop on WhatsApp.
Delivery and tracking
Dispatch times vary by city and courier load. After your order is handed to the courier, use Track Your Order with the details from your confirmation.
Returns
If the bottle arrives damaged or the order is wrong, contact WhatsApp with your order number and a photo. Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be discussed case by case. Opened cosmetic oils generally cannot be resold, so opened returns are limited.
